HELP FOR - "FlashPlayer 9.0"
  • IF YOU DID NOT SEE THE ANIMATION:
    Go to adobe and download the latest version of Adbobe Flash Player. The current version is 10.x.

    The ItsAllOn.TV and its ConferenceOn.TV Networks are based on compatibility with Flash version 9.0 or newer.

    You will need admin rights to install your download. If you need to request rights to install from IT, Flash upgrades are generally considered to be normal. Over 90% of all browsers deployed worldwide have flash installed into them.

  • IF THE ANIMATION WAS VERY STEPPY:
    If the animation looked very steppy, you probably have older or limited graphics on your computer. You can fully participate in the Interactive Webcasts, but the video may be steppy or poor. You will want to make sure your can get good audio, which is the next test.
