The video player itself is FlashPlayer 9.x compatible. Since we checked your system for FlashPlayer compatibility on the previous test, you should be able to see the player (play buttons, volume control, etc...). Check that your computer has audio. Laptops surely do, desktops require speakers with the monitor. There could be a number of reasons you do not have audio. SEE THIS GOOGLE SEARCH for some directions.
